In the 2^nd week of January, 2015, there was organised ski course for the students of Regional tourism study programme of Faculty of Central European Studies of CPU in Nitra by teachers of sport activities in winter countryside, Mr. Baráth and Ms Viczayová.

On Monday morning, at 10:00 a.m., we started up in the college and hip hurray to Krpáčovo region. We arrived to the destination at about midday. The manager of the Hydro hotel, where we were accommodated, welcomed us kindly. Replete with fine cuisine we walked in beautiful nature scenery. We familiarised ski arena Krpáčovo, made ready our ski for the next day and walked around the site.

The weather was fine and we were getting up with sunny morning every day with white snowy cover all around us. We concerned on ski course exclusively next three days, and practised techniques and rules of skiing. The beginners proceeded quickly in skiing and they reached considerable progress.

In evenings, we prepared funny programme and every of us took part on it. The manager of hotel lectured and shared us with specific information about operation of mountain hotels in ski resorts. Accidentally, there were accommodated policemen and their police dogs in our hotel, so we could see little show of police action in which police dogs were sniffing guns and drugs.

The ski resort Krpáčovo said us good-bye by blue sky. After breakfast we rolled up our bags and skis and took direction to Nitra. We thank our teachers and staff of Hydro hotel for excellent ski course.
