These three words describe Schloss Hof, a beautiful tourist attraction in the eastern part of Austria, which was visited by the students of the Regional Tourism Management study programme on October 23rd, 2019. The school trip to our neighboring country was organized within the subject titled Management of Attractions and Visitors in Tourism. The aim was to look behind the scenes of this spectacular complex of buildings, as a perfect example of how to „sell“ something the best way and make a breakthrough in the tourism industry. Firstly, our guide, who spoke Slovak, guided us through the interiors and exteriors of the castle. After the tour she answered all our questions promptly including also internal issues, concerning mainly their marketing activities, for what we were really grateful. This gave us an insight into the background of the castle, how it used to work in the past and how it is working these days. We would like thank the Department of Tourism for the opportunity to visit this wonderful place and look forward to the next school trip.
